Accessibility Statement

Last updated: June 21, 2026

Canyon, INC. is committed to ensuring that canyoninc.net is accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standard and continue to improve the accessibility of our site on an ongoing basis.

1. Our Commitment

We believe that everyone deserves equal access to information and services on the web. To that end, we design and build our website with accessibility in mind:

  • Semantic HTML structure with appropriate landmark roles and headings
  • Sufficient color contrast ratios between text and backgrounds
  • Keyboard navigability throughout the site — all interactive elements are reachable and operable without a mouse
  • Visible focus indicators for keyboard users
  • Descriptive alt text for meaningful images
  • ARIA labels on interactive elements where native semantics are insufficient
  • Responsive design that adapts to screen magnification and different viewport sizes
  • Respecting prefers-reduced-motion — animations are suppressed for users who have configured this OS preference

2. Conformance Status

We are working toward conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. At present, some parts of our site are partially conformant — meaning that some content or features may not fully meet the standard. We are actively working to identify and address these gaps.

Known areas we are actively improving:

  • Complex interactive components (command palette, ticket thread editor) — additional keyboard and screen-reader testing is ongoing
  • Third-party embedded content — some features rely on third-party services whose accessibility we do not fully control
  • Older blog and case study content — may not yet meet current standards and is being reviewed

3. Technical Specifications

Accessibility on this website relies on the following technologies working together in your browser:

  • HTML5
  • CSS3 (including custom properties and CSS Grid/Flexbox for layout)
  • JavaScript (SvelteKit — server-rendered for core content)
  • WAI-ARIA where needed

These technologies are used in combination with the following user agents and assistive technologies, which we test against on a best-effort basis:

  • VoiceOver (macOS / iOS) with Safari
  • NVDA with Chrome (Windows)
  • Keyboard-only navigation (all major browsers)

4. Third-Party Content

Some pages on this site include content or functionality provided by third parties, such as embedded forms, maps, video players, or reCAPTCHA. We cannot guarantee that all third-party content meets WCAG 2.1 AA. Where we are aware of accessibility issues in third-party components, we work to provide alternative access or contact methods.

5. Feedback and Contact

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of this site. If you experience any barriers or have trouble accessing content, please contact us:

We take accessibility feedback seriously and aim to respond within 5 business days. We are committed to working with you to provide an accessible alternative or to fix the issue promptly.

6. Formal Complaints

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the US Department of Justice Civil Rights Division, which enforces the Americans with Disabilities Act as it applies to places of public accommodation, including websites.

We are also open to working with independent accessibility auditors to review and improve our site. If you represent an organization providing accessibility auditing services and would like to discuss a review, contact us at the address above.
