SaaS Platform Design

Building a gym management platformfrom the ground up.

GymRevenue is a gym management SaaS platform Canyon built from the ground up, brand, product, marketing, and the investment strategy behind it. It replaces the dozen disconnected tools a fitness club runs on with one connected system covering employees, clients and leads, calendars, campaigns, revenue and banking, and onboarding. It went from first concept to public launch in just over a year, across 12 custom environments.

A true startup, not a redesign of something that already existed.

Gym owners were stuck juggling disconnected software just to run their business, with no single system built for how a fitness club actually operates. GymRevenue was the answer: a SaaS platform built from the ground up, brand, product, marketing, and the investment strategy behind it. With Salesforce and HubSpot standing as the giants it was built to compete against. The vision from day one: your world, your place, your GymRevenue.

What was the goal?

The idea was simple to state and hard to build: give the owner their day back. One connected rhythm instead of a dozen disconnected tools. Employees, clients, and leads, calendars, meetups, campaigns, revenue and banking, onboarding, team documents, all in one place, so the business owner can focus on what they love instead of living on a computer.

100% Committed

We are not just creatives, strategists, or developers. We are strategic partners invested in your success.

Building GymRevenue meant combining deep technical expertise with strategic thinking to deliver a product that drove real business results. We did not just build what was asked. We helped uncover what the fitness space actually needed.

From first concept to public launch in just over a year, we created 12 custom environments that identified real needs within the fitness industry, then built toward them with the same level of commitment and craft throughout.

Leading design across thefull build.

We led design and design experience across the full build, working alongside a team of 20 designers, writers, and developers, and directly with exec and investment-level stakeholders shaping where the platform was headed. Every piece, UI, onboarding, and the data experience itself, was built customizable to how each business actually runs, with room to scale beyond fitness into other categories entirely.

The process behind it.

01

Strategy

GymRevenue started as an idea that needed structure before it needed a screen. We broke the product down level by level, mapping every feature against the daily reality of gym owners and operators before any design work began.

02

Design

Design and function had to move together, not one after the other. We created a stylized, energized workspace that made dense data feel simple, with white-labeled member apps extending the same system into every franchise's own experience.

03

Collaboration

This wasn't handoff work. We stayed in it from first concept through full development, working alongside the build team to keep the creative intact all the way to launch.

04

Product & Development

Real software brings real complexity, and scaling development and engineering means someone has to keep asking what the product actually needs to feel simple, not just function.
